What's the difference between Job Sweet Job tiers?
Job Sweet Job has three tiers — Essentials, Professional, and Premium. CSPO Career includes the Essentials tier; CSPO Premium includes the Professional tier. You can see everything each tier includes on the Job Sweet Job site.
What happens to my Job Sweet Job access after 90 days?
Your access runs through 90 days after your class starts. After that, if it's earning its keep, you can continue on any paid tier — and either way, everything you produced stays viewable. No lock-outs, no surprise charges.
What is 30 in 30 Coaching?
Career and Premium seats include it. Thirty minutes, one to one with Dr. Morris, within thirty days of your class. Bring whatever is actually on your mind — results on your current team, a promotion you're working toward, or a move to something new. We work out your next steps together in the session, and you get a summary of our conversation within 48 hours.
What is the Premium coaching arc?
Premium turns your 30 in 30 into a 90-day arc: two more private 45-minute sessions with Dr. Morris (BCC), scheduled within 90 days of your class ending. We shape each one around where you're headed — building the case for a promotion, leading a change on your team, or preparing to interview for your next role. You get a written summary after every session.
What is the Practitioner Clinic?
A live group session with Dr. Morris once a month, open to Career and Premium students from both CSM and CSPO classes. Bring what you're actually working on — a backlog that won't settle, a retrospective that isn't working, a stakeholder who won't budge, or an interview question you want to get right.
What is the Practitioner Toolkit?
The templates from class, ready to use at work: a Sprint Goal canvas, retrospective formats, Definition of Done and Definition of Ready worksheets, and a stakeholder map.
Is there a CSPO exam?
No — and that's a feature. Your credential is earned through full participation in the workshop itself. You leave certified, no test anxiety, no study window.
Can I switch cohorts?
Yes — cancel 3 or more days before your start date and choose a full refund or a full credit toward any future cohort. Inside 3 days, your seat converts to a full credit. You can also transfer your seat to a colleague any time before class starts.
