What students say

This was my second time taking a course with Dr. Morris (I initially took the CSM course with him). I cannot recommend him more as a facilitator. He brings a high level of competence, patience, and levity to his courses.

What truly set this training apart was the perfect balance between theory and hands-on practice. He gave us ample opportunity to experience the concepts in action, ensuring we walked away not just certified, but genuinely confident and equipped for real-world product ownership.
— CSPO student, 2026 · via Trustpilot
Devon didn't just teach material- he helped us think and act like real Product Owners. His real-world examples, engaging discussions and deep knowledge made the course both educational and inspiring.

Common questions

What's the difference between Job Sweet Job tiers?

Job Sweet Job has three tiers — Essentials, Professional, and Premium. CSPO Career includes the Essentials tier; CSPO Premium includes the Premium tier. You can see everything each tier includes on the Job Sweet Job site.

What happens to my Job Sweet Job access after 90 days?

Your access runs through 90 days after your class starts. After that, if it's earning its keep, you can continue on any paid tier — and either way, everything you produced stays viewable. No lock-outs, no surprise charges.

What are the Premium 1-on-1 sessions?

Two private 45-minute sessions with Dr. Morris (BCC), scheduled at times that work for you — sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of your class ending. Use them for product strategy, roadmap and backlog reviews, or landing your next product role.

Is there a CSPO exam?

No — and that's a feature. Your credential is earned through full participation in the workshop itself. You leave certified, no test anxiety, no study window.

What is the Product Clinic?

A monthly live group session with Dr. Morris for Career and Premium members. Bring your real backlog, roadmap, or stakeholder problem. You register each month you want to attend while your access is active; sessions are confirmed once members register, and a month with no registrations 48 hours ahead rolls to the next one.

Can I switch cohorts?

Yes — cancel 3 or more days before your start date and choose a full refund or a full credit toward any future cohort. Inside 3 days, your seat converts to a full credit. You can also transfer your seat to a colleague any time before class starts.

Can my company pay by invoice?

Yes — we invoice, with PO numbers and group pricing. Email learn@8typical.com and we'll set it up.
