This self-paced program gives you a research-validated model for improving team adaptive performance — built on doctoral research across 291 professionals in four industries. Over seven modules, you will assess yourself across five constructs using validated instruments, diagnose your team using the ThrivQ framework, select targeted coaching interventions from three theory-grounded playbooks, and build a 90-day team development plan with measurable checkpoints.

Your enrollment includes access to all course content, two AI-evaluated phase gate submissions, and up to three attempts on the comprehensive final assessment (80% passing). Upon successful completion, you will receive the Adaptive Foundations digital badge and certificate, shareable on LinkedIn and verifiable by anyone.
