Stop guessing.

Start proving.

A research-backed micro-credential that gives you the model, the diagnostic, and the coaching playbooks to measurably improve your team’s adaptive performance — with evidence, not intuition.

You’re certified.
Your team still struggles.

You have the credentials. You know the frameworks. You can facilitate a debrief and run a planning session in your sleep. But when the pressure is real — when people are shutting down, when the goals shift mid-cycle, when the team stops caring — your certification has nothing for you.

So you do what most practitioners do. You carry it. You absorb the dysfunction. You become the glue holding everything together through sheer personal effort. And you call it leadership.

It’s not leadership. It’s survival. And it’s unsustainable.

The gap between what certifications teach and what teams actually need is the reason this program exists. Adaptive Foundations closes that gap — not with opinions, but with a research-validated model that explains 73.9% of what makes teams adapt or collapse under pressure.

Seven modules. Two phases. One credential.

Self-paced. Research-grounded. Assessed for competence, not just completion.

01

Understand what actually works

Learn the model behind why some teams adapt under pressure and others fall apart — and what you can do about it.

02

Know where you stand

Take five validated assessments that show you your own strengths and blind spots as a practitioner. No guessing.

03

Build your personal plan

Create a development plan that targets your weakest area with specific goals, resources, and practices — then submit it for evaluation.

04

Diagnose your team

Use the same framework to assess your team. Find out exactly where they’re struggling — and where your coaching will make the biggest difference.

05

Pick the right playbook

Choose from three coaching playbooks matched to your team’s specific gap. Three targeted interventions. One clear focus.

06

Prove it worked

Build a 90-day plan with checkpoints. Measure before and after. Walk away with evidence that your coaching moved the needle.

More than a badge. A capability.

A Foundation for What’s Next

This is Tier 1 of a credentialing ecosystem building toward ISO/IEC 17024 professional certification.

50 spots. One price. You’re in.

The first 50 practitioners get founding cohort access before the program goes to full price ($247).

Built for practitioners who are done guessing.

Team coaches & facilitators

You coach teams through change but lack a diagnostic framework to know where to focus. You’re working hard but can’t prove what’s working. This gives you the model and the measurement.

Project & program managers

You manage the work but also manage the people. When team dynamics break down under pressure, your PM certification has nothing for you. This fills that gap with evidence-based tools.

HR & L&D professionals

You invest in team development but struggle to measure coaching impact. This program gives you a before-and-after framework that connects coaching interventions to measurable outcomes.

Consultants & organizational coaches

You work with multiple teams across multiple organizations. You need a repeatable, evidence-based methodology that produces measurable results you can show your clients — not just anecdotes.

Not opinions. Evidence.

Every module, every playbook, and every intervention in this program is grounded in doctoral research that tested how team coaching, resilience, goal commitment, and learning agility predict adaptive performance under VUCA conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Is this just another online course? +
No. This is a micro-credential with assessed competence requirements. You take validated assessments, submit artifacts evaluated against a rubric, and pass a 30-question final exam at 80%. When you earn the badge, it means you demonstrated competence — not just that you watched some videos.
How long does it take to complete? +
Most learners complete in 4–8 weeks at their own pace. The program is self-paced with no deadlines. The final assessment unlocks after you have completed all module quizzes, submitted both phase gate artifacts, and — if you’re on the payment plan — completed all three payments.
What if I fail the final assessment? +
You get three total attempts. The first two are included with enrollment (second attempt after a 7-day wait). A third attempt is available after a 30–60 day wait and a $25 retake fee. Course content access is retained regardless of assessment outcome.
Do I need a team to complete the program? +
Phase 1 (Modules 1–4) focuses on your personal development — no team needed. Phase 2 (Modules 5–7) applies the model to a team. If you don’t currently lead a team, the observational diagnostic allows you to complete Phase 2 using a team you have recent access to.
Is this only for Agile/Scrum professionals? +
No. The research was conducted across four industries — technology, healthcare, finance, and government. The model applies to any team operating under VUCA conditions. Whether you’re a team coach, a project manager, or an HR professional, the framework works.
What does the credential lead to? +
Adaptive Foundations is Tier 1 of a credentialing ecosystem. Future tiers include construct-specific credentials (deeper expertise in resilience, commitment, or agility) and a professional certification building toward ISO/IEC 17024 accreditation. What you learn here is the foundation for everything that follows.
Can I get a refund? +
Course content access and training delivery are non-refundable. You receive immediate access to all 7 modules, 21 videos, 18 worksheets, coaching playbooks, and the ThrivQ diagnostic framework upon enrollment. The credential is earned by demonstrating competence, not purchased with enrollment.
