ThrivQ™ was developed by Dr. Devon Morris as part of his doctoral dissertation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, using structural equation modeling across 291 professionals in 8 industries.
INDUSTRY INSIGHT
Healthcare and technology teams scored significantly lower than consulting and military teams on every construct. The industries under the most pressure often have the least adaptive capacity.
EXPERIENCE INSIGHT
